Tehbotol Sosro Collaboration With UNION
In August, Tehbotol Sosro teamed up with UNION to introduce a special menu built around Tehbotol Sosro.
Together with UNION's Executive Pastry Chef, Karen Carlotta, the team crafted each item to highlight Tehbotol Sosro's signature taste without losing each dish's original character.
Four unique items were available only during the collaboration. They were the Tehbotol Sosro Cake, Tehbotol Sosro Donut, Te Ko (Tea Coffee), and Green Apple Fizz.
The collaboration menu ran from August 14, 2026, to October 13, 2026, at all UNION outlets. This culinary innovation appealed to both sweet-treat lovers and Tehbotol Sosro fans.
UNION Teh Botol Dessert Creations
UNION offered two sweet creations based on jasmine tea flavor.
1. Tehbotol Sosro Cake
The Tehbotol Sosro Cake was a Teh Botol-flavored cake that let you taste Tehbotol Sosro's signature flavor and fragrance in every layer. Each layer combined these elements.
⋅ Chiffon sponge scented with jasmine tea.
⋅ Soft cream between the chiffon layers.
⋅ White chocolate that balanced everything.
⋅ Tehbotol Sosro jelly as an extra topping.
⋅ Crisp tea crumble for a contrasting texture in every bite.
Each element was designed with precision, so the flavors balanced and complemented one another.
The jasmine aroma and taste came through strongly right away, and the whole cake still felt light and comfortable. This familiar combination brought back childhood nostalgia in every slice.
2. Tehbotol Sosro Donut
The Tehbotol Sosro Donut was a local dessert with a modern touch. It paired a soft donut with authentic Tehbotol Sosro flavor in the cream and ganache filling.
From the first bite, the soft donut blended with generous Tehbotol Sosro cream and ganache filling for just-right sweetness.
The crumble on top added a different texture that made each bite livelier. It also served as a sweet topping, making the donut look more appealing.
Drink Creations Made With Tehbotol Sosro
Besides cakes, the authentic jasmine tea flavor came in two refreshing drinks, from tea with a touch of coffee to tea with soda.
1. Te Ko (Tea Coffee)
Te Ko was a Teh Botol coffee that combined espresso with jasmine tea from Tehbotol Sosro. The jasmine added an intriguing aroma to the coffee, making it the best choice for coffee and tea lovers.
The espresso and Tehbotol Sosro blended in just the right proportions, so the coffee and tea flavors were both strong and neither dominated. Each sip was light and paired well with the Tehbotol Sosro cake, donut, or other UNION dishes.
2. Green Apple Fizz
The refreshing Tehbotol Sosro sensation came through in the Green Apple Fizz, which combined green apple soda and black tea. The apple soda made the drink fresh and bright, a good match for the capital's muggy weather.
Tehbotol Sosro was the main ingredient, and the apple soda was adjusted to the right level of fizz. Its refreshing taste made it a great option to pair with main dishes and cleanse the palate.
