For two days only, we’re bringing a taste of Jakarta to Union Pakuwon Mall as we welcome our sister brand, Salira, for a special weekend takeover.

Explore Salira’s take on Indonesian comfort food, from Pipi Sapi Tinorangsak and Salmon Asap Lodeh to an array of sides and sambals at the tunjuk-tunjuk counter, where you can mix, match, and build your own feast.

Save room for Cempedak Goreng Madu, alongside refreshing traditional drinks and signature cocktails inspired by Indonesia’s flavors and stories.

And making its debut exclusively in Surabaya, Chef Fernando Sindu has created a special dish just for the occasion, available only during the takeover.
