Steak, fries, and a little extra butter. Our terrace is turning into a backyard cookout for the weekend, with steaks fired fresh off the grill and a selection of flavored butters worth making room for.

Choose your cut, a 250g Rib-Eye or 200g Black Angus Rib-Eye, served with a generous helping of crispy fries. Then comes the fun part: take your pick from five flavored butters, from the rich and smoky Bone Marrow, Bacon & Truffle Butter to Charred Jalapeño & Chimichurri Butter, Pak Indra’s Rendang Butter, and Loewy de Paris Butter.

Bring the family, settle in for a long lunch, and enjoy a weekend around the grill.
