at Oakwood Premier CozmoThis Independence Day, inspired by the humble street-side grills found across the country, we’re celebrating with a modern take on local flavors and a love for live-fire cooking.

Chef Chris takes the grill with three mains: Udang Bakar Kecombrang with Sambal Matah, Ayam Taliwang with Sambal Kemangi, and Black Angus Rib Eye with Gulai Butter Sauce and Chili Oil, all served with Fragrant Coconut Rice.

We’re also welcoming Olivia Sumichan back to Loewy, bringing her playful take on Indonesian-inspired sweets in collaboration with Joylato. Expect four desserts: Donut Bakar with Salted Cashew Gelato, Poffertjes with Grilled Tape and Tape Crackers Gelato, Avocado Tiramisu and Es Kopyor, alongside special cocktails and mocktails.
