Meet Supplì — not to be confused with Sicily's arancini, this is Rome's own golden-fried rice croquette, crisp on the outside, oozing molten mozzarella inside. A true Roman street food classic, now on our menu in four takes: Classico, Alla Carbonara, Al Pesto, and Al Bolognese.

Pair every bite with a glass from our sparkling cocktail lineup: Peach, Rosa, Golden Lychee, and Biscotti Spritz.
