For two days only, ROMA welcomes Cicheti, one of Singapore's most celebrated Italian restaurants, for an exclusive kitchen takeover led by Chef Lim Yew Aun, with curated wine selections by Ronald Kamiyama.

Known for his modern interpretation of Italian cuisine and Neapolitan pizza, Chef Aun has been at the heart of Cicheti for over a decade. Joining him is Ronald Kamiyama, a seasoned sommelier whose experience spans acclaimed restaurants across New York, Miami, Tokyo, and Singapore.

From antipasti to dessert, expect dishes like Gambero with herb butter and sofrito, Tonnarelli Nero with lump crab and bottarga, signature wood-fired pizzas, Sicilian Pistachio Cannoli, and more.
