Graded at Korea’s highest tier 1++ , the Hanwoo beef sits at the top of global beef rankings. With less than 0.5% ever leaving Korea, Hanwoo remains the nation’s crown jewel, even more prized than Japan’s Wagyu.
Raised in intentionally small herds, the Hanwoo cattle feeds on rice straw, barley, and corn. Its flavor profile is shaped entirely by the Korean terroir. Exceptionally fine marbling, deep umami and silky structure, finished with a natural sweetness.
