For two days only, Pierre reimagines the soul of Japan’s seafood culture through the hands of Chef Brandon Foo. With roots in French techniques, expect dishes such as Uni Tarte Flambée, Hotaru Ika with Mushroom Essence Orzo, Demi Yodai served with Ratatouille and Saffron Potatoes, and Shima Aji in Sake and Shellfish Beurre Blanc with Koshihikari Rice.
