For one night only, we’re turning Cork&Screw Pacific Place into a slice of California wine country—warm and rustic, with the laid-back charm of the Golden State.
Leading the evening is Kaskara Hasibuan, a Culinary Institute of America alum and certified sommelier, curating both the kitchen and wine bar with seasonal dishes and standout pours of the West Coast.
Expect Potato Mille-Feuille with Steak Tartare, Grilled Hass Avocado with Oscietra Caviar, and New York Strip with Pistachio Romesco, paired with wines from Sine Qua Non, Mayacamas, and Kosta Browne—from elegant, easy-drinking Sonoma Coast Pinot Noirs to rich and structured Napa Valley Cabernets.
