Explore the Alpine terroirs of Northern Italy at a wine dinner at Bistecca, shaped by cool climates and mineral-rich vineyards.
The evening opens with Bellavista ‘Alma’ Grande Cuvée Franciacorta, crisp with citrus and brioche notes, followed by the silky freshness of Jermann Chardonnay, the delicate red-berry elegance of Elena Walch Pinot Nero, the floral, high-altitude finesse of Arpepe Nebbiolo from Valtellina, and the bold yet polished dark-fruit depth of Franz Haas Lagrein.
These wines are paired with a 5-course menu by Chef Luca Pezzera, featuring Pan-Roasted Tiger Prawn with truffle fondue, comforting Pizzoccheri in sage butter, earthy morel mushroom risotto, and grilled Wagyu Sirloin MB 5–6 with red wine sauce, before ending on a Nutella Crumble Tart with vanilla sauce.
