Chef Brandon Foo’s special set menu starts with Japanese Hamachi marinated with citrus & spices, gives way to Stockyard Gold Black Angus Sirloin in classic ‘Marchand de Vin’ Sauce and ends with a Warm Chocolate Crêpe Soufflé flambeed with Grand Marnier and Orange Sauce - designed to be enjoyed slowly, together.
