We're bringing Sangsaka to the table — a modern Indonesian restaurant from Seminyak by Kieran and Yunika Morland, known for reworking Javanese family recipes with contemporary flair and global touches. What's on the menu? Wine-friendly small plates, of course. Start with Soerabi Buntut (Oxtail Rendang Crumpet with Green Chili), Sate Babi à la Nusa Penida (Pork Belly & Octopus with Tomato and Ginger), or the fresh Rujak Udang (King Prawns, Watermelon, Cashews & Calamansi). Hungry? Bebek Asap Aceh and Pipi Sapi Adun Bangkalan lead the way — as well as dishes in collaboration with our own Chef Fernando Sindu.
