Union Group (uniongroupjakarta.com), the group behind Loewy, Cork & Screw and Union, is introducing The Dutch, a modern gastropub to be opened in Sudirman Central Business Districtís Lot 18 this month. Led by Dutch native Chef Chris Moes, who spent much of his career as sous chef at De Kas, the critically acclaimed greenhouse restaurant in Amsterdam, guests can expect to savour traditional Dutch delicacies, such as erwten soup, as well as original creations and renditions, like wagyu pastrami and braised lamb in puff pastry. Guests also can expect to find cocktails on tap at the restaurant.
