Runner up of Diageo Reserve 2014 and head craftsman of Fairmont Hotel’s Anti:dote Singapore, Tom Hogan paid a special visit to Cork & Screw Plaza Indonesia earlier this May.
The master mixologist came especially to showcase wine-based cocktails and share his huge passion of cocktail making with Jakarta’s cocktail fans at a special event called “The Bar at the Cellar”. The bubbly mixologist admitted that he loves travelling as he can explore new ingredients and flavours from the places he visits, including Indonesia. For this special night, Tom presented six signature creations including The Anti:Dote Corps Reviver #2 and Brown Derby – Bulleit Bourbon with fresh grapefruit juice and homemade honey syrup, two of the best selling drinks at Anti:dote.
